The day we met....

It was a day when distances turned void It was a day when promises came true When the sinking hopes finally buoyed When solitude gave love her cue You saw me first, the percussions were set And then I saw you, the orchestra played Desolation withered as the love birds met Hands touched hands, everything else grayed The walk thereafter fell in repose Staring at your eyes was the only desire Soothing was your voice amidst the worldly chaos Your pleasant smile was an object of admire Steps took us to the end of street Where no man stood, only your presence to feel We came close, for our lips to meet And ended in kiss, promising the eternal seal End of street paved the end of day You had to go and me to stay Come back to material, the villain said Distance increased, as the gloomy dusk spread Yet one thing still stood in light Was the promise to meet again A desire to stay in blight Throughout life, till bane

A walk to remember..

Well what can be better than an atmosphere where are you are all relaxed, tuning into some old good songs and a cup of coffee. It’s time for a new post! As usual I begin this post with these words – Ankit bhai I dedicate this post to you because you make my life worth living in Bangalore. Guest appearance – Ankur  :D This post is all about a trip which was planned 2 days before and executed on the day, while it was turning to dusk. Ankit and I planned to visit Avenue Road to check out books and novels as I heard about a vast sea of books available in that area. Actually the most important thing which led to this attraction was the “second hand” sale (quite an event for me to get something cheap in Bangalore). Besides this, Ankur had already been to the place before. 30 th May 2015 : The day........ I woke up reluctantly as usual and finished up all the “unnecessary works” and by 3.30 PM I was all set to leave for Avenue Road. I met Ankit at Leela Palace and from there w

Rain and Light speaks my life

Human life can be defined as a pendulum moving to and fro between a state where he/she wants a life full of comfort and the other state where the person wants to achieve something bigger. This poem is dedicated to that endless journey of human desires. Well I don't know what the reader can understand as it depends upon the perception. So the rest part is left for you to interpret. So here it goes I walked this plain on a summer day Oppressed, dreary full of stains Far from home, desired running away Yet no drops to wash my pain Saw new faces; some pale a few bright Just like drizzle before you arrive Far from home on a sailor's plight Waiting for drops to clench my thrive And then you came;the leaves danced Showers of blessing did the birds sing Heart turned peacock; an aura tranced Relieved of pains, antidote of sting Days went by and so did nights You were there for me, pouring unbroken Turned me lazy, inanimate to coming fights Dreams

Quadcopters

Image
This post describes the entire working of Quadcopters in a nutshell. The steps which my team followed during the entire process are shown below in a general format. It only describes the pre-requisites of each phase. As a final year project or any engineering project, "Autonomous control of an Aerial platform" has taken heights, right after the advent of Drones. However it is really difficult to realize such controls. Moreover few people like Jeff Rowberg, Oscar Liang have worked on it and that too on Arduino Platform. Before going into the complicacies associated with the research here is a brief description of the objective. The aim is to construct an aerial platform and embed certain algorithms which can autonomously control the platform when on flight. Here the platform is selected as a Quadcopter. After construction of frame and mounting of parts like Electronic Speed Controllers, Brushless DC Motors, it is required to get the sensors and controls ready. Sensors

The Passport Journey

Image
This post is dedicated to the tiresome journey that I had to face for getting “Passport”. As graduation came to an end, the very next thing that I initiated was to appear for Aspire Modules (For TCS joining date) and also in the meanwhile apply for a fresh passport. I had heard a lot about the passport procedures. Different people come out with different opinions when it comes to a single topic. And so it happened with "Passport" too. Nevertheless it was me who had to take a decision. So I opted to search for the right procedure. Guess what Goggle helps!! And so it was me and Goggle in an endless interaction over passport. On 3rd July 2014, I applied for the passport online through normal scheme. It was very simple and things went smoothly (no power cut, no problem with server etc). After all the formalities I received an appointment on 8th July 2014. So as such I got my documents ready for the appointment. This was my first venture to Passport Seva Kendra. I don

"A Strange" goodbye to Jorhat

As the timeline speaks (23rd July 2010)"Welcome" --->"Goodbye"--->"Welcome back!!!"--->"Come back soon"--->............................--->"Farewell"(30th June 2014) --->"I am back!!"(16th July 2014) I left hostel with all my luggage on 30th June 2014 and travelled by bus to Guwahati. But I can't term it as a final goodbye because I was habituated to go by train and final semester results were still left to be served on the table. And so I had to come back. And so did me on 16th July 2014. On reaching Jorhat, I found that I had kept my spectacles and mobile phone on the train which already left to Mariani. What a welcome!!!!!! I had no option but to catch a "magic" transport to Mariani Station. Meanwhile Ankit was on contact with the passengers who found my things. Finally, after an hour of unexpected tensions, I got my things back. I reached hostel at 9.30 AM. I felt as a "fresh

Hyderabad Diaries..........Glimpse into The Old City

Days at TCS ILP Hyderabad could be best described by the best weekend visits by the best "Weekend Hangouts" group. This group was dedicated only to food-experiences in the city. This post is dedicated to Divyesh, Sarvanan, Vikash and Swastik. Char Minar Weekends are worth "weekendful" only when we can get to know about new places to "eat". And so was the weekend dated 1 st November 2014. With four co-travelers, I started off the journey by catching 116 number bus from Q City(TCS ILP Training Centre) (Nanakramguda Village,Gachibowli) to Kothi. Kothi can be described as one place full of markets in all the directions, where one can look for. However the main destination was ‘Char Minar’. So we took 75 number bus to Char Minar. We reached the place by 4 pm. One could only find tourists in the entire. The place was illuminated in Muslim community dwellings. There were shops all around with various things ranging from food to clothes. All these mar
